Our vision for a Digital Future
Our Digital Future Vision outlines the primary objectives we aim to accomplish by 2030, with a strong emphasis on customer needs.
To drive digital initiatives across the organization, we concentrate on six key areas from the customer’s perspective.
Each area features a flagship digital North Star project with top priority.
These include:
- launching an eAcademy (for continuous learning)
- implementing a digital workplace (for administrative efficiency)
- building smart factory capabilities (for production)
- advancing smart sales through CRM (for sales optimization)
- developing intelligent components (for product innovation)
- establishing and scaling eCommerce (for platform growth)
Cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and machine learning are core elements integrated across all six areas.
